How do I get my dog to stop barking?

I have a mixture of two years old chihuahua pug. She does not need a belt to go out because she does not flee, but when she sees someone on the street, runs and barks at them. I have fear that she might get ran ...=[ And when ringing the doorbell, she barks as if there were Tomorow. How I can do to stop barking and ringing and others? I want her train. Any advice?
