How to react if my birds to move them to an outdoor aviary?

If you can put a hot rack or heat lamp ceramic that would be good. Cover the top of the aviary to prevent the project with a strong wind. Cover all around the top where you would normally rise. cats at the top of the aviary and large flew on top of tehm is not a problem. Will eventually realize that they can not access them. I have dogs and wild birds throughout the aviary outdoors all the time. My birds get used to them and ignore them.
