Staffy training tips ... please!?
Just adopted a beautiful 8 week old staffy x kelpie (he has no name yet) ... I would like to start training as soon as possible, any advice and / or ideas on how to start and what should I start? Also, does anyone know any or very cheap online discount stores to buy food for pets (beds, food, toys etc.)?
If your Staffy crossed with a Kelpie is going to be right in assuming that you are in Australia? If so, the recommended age to start puppy classes is 16 weeks old. Usually ranging from 8 weeks and only about $ 100 for the course. A good book to read is called * The Power of Positive Dog Training by * Pat Millner. You can start with some basic dog training now, how to make your dog feels * before * (y) of each food. If google NILIF (Nothing in life is free) get a lot of good advice.
