Career vs Cage let the dog have the entire basement itself??
We're getting a new Rat Terrier puppy next week. No I had a dog since I was a child when the cage formation was rare. Since both work full time. . . the dog will be home on your own for at least 10 hours a day. I hate the idea of a puppy to be in a cage for so long. . . Not care how people say that the dog does not care, blah, blah, blah. Of anyway. . . We have an unfinished basement clean to be done in your own house as we are at work. In the first place. . . this cage is better than training?? In second. . . What should I do to the basement to make it a happy home for him. Please help us make it a happy home.
Always crate training is recommended as it will be useful for teaching the puppy to keep out of restricted areas and will be useful when visiting the home of friends and travel. I HIGHLY recommend not putting the dog in the basement unless it is with air conditioning and heating for the different season. You can not imagine how intolerable could be achieved without them. Do not put the puppy in a cage for 10 hours without being launched only be forced to cancel in the drawer and you totally refuses the effect of crate training and will make it even more difficult to teach if the dog is in it's our waste for hours. A puppy needs to be left toilet and fed at least every two hours. An average old puppy is the time of one hour for each month that is life. If you insist on getting the puppy and have not climate controlled basement I suggest create a pen in your kitchen or other area that the puppy can be during the day. You want to put a little potty pads in the plate is water and food /. But do not expect the puppy to use the keyboard unless you potty train him to use.
