My dog has swelling or is it constipation?
This morning I woke up and my dog fed a small meal and some water ... left the house and went 4-5 in the afternoon and has repeated the process ... then some things that had to do ... I realized that my dog has not been taking shit as often as I used to ... So I realized my dog's tail was down and I checked his rear and was not dry poop stuck and caught me .. seemed to improve after ... wallk he started around his tail and ears are encouraged a bit ... The belly seems a little bit tight but other than that no other symptoms swelling ... he still has the same energy and heart rate good .... happened to me and a sense of hours of symptoms ... it just seems a bit uncomfortable in the abdomen maybe ate too much today. .. Pomeranian is a very slow and eats and drinks at a steady pace ... So yeah ... Any suggestions will be welcome ..
Not all sounds like a fan. Swelling dogs will not eat - usually looks as if trying to vomit (will not be able to produce anything) - the stomach may be distended, and it would be very painful. Human resources can increase a little, and the color of the gums can be a bit pale at later stages. Usually, the most profound effects with larger dogs breasts are like Dobies and Great Dane. Sounds like you have some type of gastrointestinal distress - When the stool becomes lodged in the skin, tends to cause a kind of peusdo-constipation. I would keep an eye on your stool and make sure it is 1. production and 2. is solid. However - taking into account the mortality rate of swelling, if you have any concerns, contact your veterinarian as soon as possible.
