I wanted to have DNA tests on my dog to determine the race?
Boxing but wanted it to be any race were anonymous and that companies Insurance homeonwners declared as aggressive. Does anyone know how to go about doing this anonymously? I heard it can be a kit DIY using the saliva of the dog that will be mailed out, but not sure how accurate they are.
As far as I know, "Pitbull" no will be displayed in your DNA test, however, because they have not added to the list, so if that's the race that you are concerned, it should come from "unknown." Races are adding every day though, so you would want to see that. There are tests you can do by mail, but are not as accurate, not to recognize as many races, yet. Anyway, I'm not sure your vet would be under no obligation to release such information to your insurance company and do not think his company Insurance will ask if you have a dog in your policy. The best option would be to talk to your vet and see what they have to say about the issues that have worried. Good luck.
