How I can get a lazy teenage friend active?

My best friend and I are 14. We're actually quite the opposite, and one thing that is really opposite us is our definition of "fun." I love playing outdoors, whether sports, fishing, or playing with my dog. She loves the Internet. Now my friend has a small patio and busy parents, but she has a dog. The only problem is that I can not get to play or do anything!
