Take a cruise on the wild side
Carnival Cruise Lines has had a bit of a challenge moving the image of a binge in the last decade. One would be hard pressed not to have a time on a Carnival cruise. So go take a cruise on the wild side. When you enter the Carnival Valor and staring at the ceiling multicolored atrium immediately know that this is not your grandfather cruise lines. This does not mean you have to stay until all hours drinking, do not worry that their fellow cruise mates disrupt sleep with their antics. This is a fun boat after all and I bet that whatever your idea of fun is that you can find it here.
This ship caters to everyone and I mean everyone. Children love the programs made for children in Camp Carnival to entertain the little ones that may have grown some time alone. After hours of child care is also available for a small fee until 3am. Teenagers have their own alcohol and father free party place called Club O2. The pizzeria is open 24 hours a day and the boy would not be the sky with it.
Adults can enjoy a drink and dance club called the Jazz in the Value Paris Hot Jazz Club. Do not miss the piano rotation Lindy Hop Piano Bar. In fact there is no lack of places to participate in your favorite drink or music on board. El Valor has 22 bars and lounges in total. You can dance in the morning hours, if that is your option on the disc. It's called One Small Step dance club and plays tribute to the first steps taken by Neil Armstrong on the surface of the moon.
I am a little worried about the reputation of Carnival has been sailing before I was in my first Carnival Cruise ship. I have a very light sleeper and a bit of an introvert, so I'm not the slightest interest in being strong and loud or running. I was sure that there would be peace throughout the journey time. I was wrong. I found nothing like sit in a peaceful setting overlooking the ocean and reading a paperback novel. During the week I've found many wonderful places to sit and watch the sea passing. My cabin was as quiet as a library. I slept like a baby in a crib with the gentle motion of the ship rocking me in a dream rejuevenating.
Experience Spa is to die for. They offer a variety of massages and exfoliating scrubs. Her hot stone massage is said to draw toxins from your body. I'm not sure if he does, but definitely makes you feel like a new person and brilliant. The Spa is connected to the gym area where you can get rid of all the extra calories you put into going to the buffet chocolate.
The three pools are filled with sea water and using a saltwater chlorinator for your skin feels silky smooth when it comes out and will not change the chemically processed hair color. The main pool has one of Carnival's signature 214-foot spiral slide. A total of 7 jacuzzis pending his body tense and tired of a bathroom.
If food is the pleasure you want will not be disappointed. There are more casual and formal restaurants to choose from. There are two elegant dining rooms used for dinner every night, Washington and Lincoln. Everyone is one of these destinations, but are not required to eat there. There is a club called Scarlett fancy dinner on board reservations required and where you will be charged a nominal additional fee. The nearest fish and chips at the buffet restaurant, Rosie, which also serves oysters. Asia is a station if you have a craving for fried rice or noodles. The New York-style deli is open up your taste buds at any time when you see your sandwich piled higher than their jaws can be opened. Outside, near the main pool and hot dogs, burgers and fries are prepared on the grill for those who prefer to eat in their swimwear.
Your cruise on the Carnival Valor can be as wild or sedate as you want it to be. Try it, you'll like. Do not be afraid to Grandma and Grandpa anniversary, or children for spring break. A good time was had by all. Carnival is the fun fact.
