Does Kong substitute its own product when the dog toys are broken?
I heard the dog Kong toy company will replace any Kong toy that is damaged, and replace it for free? Maybe it was part of a new guarantee of Kong toys, but I have curious to see if someone most have heard of replacing any kong dog toys to chew through your company.
I think they only replace a Kong toy which is not a failure, which has been chewed and, of course, worn by a dog. My dog has had his ball Kong for a year and still is in great shape, only ball can be achieved without breaking to pieces.
