How to deal with Broken dog nail?
My dog broke (what I call the thumb) nail in the forefoot. There is bleeding. It is cracked about 2 / 3 of way thr the nail. is very sensitive, but she seems to favor that leg. Some sites have suggested cutting the nail at halftime. Will this heal on its own or I have to treat it as a nail cut for? Quick Thanks now I know the thumb is a spray. Thanks John
