HELP MY DOG lame!?

I realized my dog was limping this morning and when I looked at her feet, I realized one of his pads front was looking a bit broken. Similar to as seen by the hair of the knee. Where there is a bit of skin that peels back? So, but on one leg. No bleeding, howling, or anything like that. The poor little lame and lame to it. I've been reading some different opinions and people say to use Neosporin and put a sock around her children and the tape up? Can wrap in gauze or something? Please help. I feel so bad for him, and I realized this morning that is supposed to disappear most of the day. We were going to take to go swimming and walking in our club, but now I'm going to keep at home just because I know it's best not to let anything foreign find their way to the premium of the pad. Thanks for any advice in advance. It is a black Labrador puppy 2 years old. Help him! lol

I have an old Lab 3 years and she warned that sometimes soaked in water then when it dries it's fine that my mom put in Epson salt water sometimes, but very little
