What to do if you see a stray dog walking down the road?
Yesterday I went to work. As I was waiting at a red light in my car I found account of a dog that is unleashed and has absolutely no owner walking. He looked very disoriented and crossed the street without even seeing if they are vehicles or no. He was in front of my car, despite the light turned green. I let the dog cross the road and did what the other end. He was in very bad condition. She walked on three legs and one leg not seem to work. It seemed that blood coming out of his ear and he was allegedly beaten mercilessly by someone. I forgot my cell phone and could not do anything to call control animals. The dog appeared to be heading toward a grocery store parking lot, but nobody seemed to mind. Absolutely no one was paying attention to dog and went to work as well. The temperature was too cold, around 21 degrees Fahrenheit and very windy. What could have happened to this dog? I try to guess but can not reach a conclusion.
awww i love animals so it is sad: (but I can not do anything without your cellphone. i have not recommended that you try to take matters into their own hands and take it as it could have been dangerous or had a disease. maybe its just your time. all dogs go to heaven:)
