How to test a dog repellent ultrasonic whistle?
I bought a dog repellant whistle for my son who lives in Korea, the dogs ignore it completely, How I can try? Yes this is a really good scam, I bought for my son who has problems with possible mad dogs in Korea, the whistle seems repellent TV controller, I respect its just a empty box, dogs cannot listen and, of course, I can not hear, how I can prove it, I can not find any subtract line sites microphone, etc, any ideas?
