Is it an effective dog repellent pepper? What about chili powder?
Or is the chili powder to much, but effective? I have some chili powder called "Pico de Gallo." Could this work? I had the idea of a previous response. My neighbors are dogs shitting in my garden. Many of you feel offended by my question and do not understand why. I have here the above advice on Yahoo Answers and all other advised me to use pepper spray to keep my neighbors dogs away. They litter in my garden, my garden ... smells ... I just finished picking up 20 of his foul-smelling brownies do ".... you know how it feels to do this every day? I'm tired.
If you are having problems with the dogs, then you need to talk to their owners do not try to harm the dog with chili powder.
