Ultrasonis Pest Repeller and wireless electric fence effects on small dogs?
I have a mini-pincher, he's a year and a half, lately he's been strange and distant. When we take him for a ride he's normal, when were home he's distant and doesn't want to go out. We are also painting inside 1 room at a time? Any ideas?
he's been on the fence for about 6 monthe, works wonders I really hate putting him on a runner, with the fence I don't have to, and he stays in the yard.
I pluged the repeller in on Monday around noon. started painting shortly there after, around 6pm he started acting strange, we unpluged the repeller and removed him from the fence. He is still acting strange. Could the paint fumes do this? If so what kind of symptoms?
I also have a yorkie and a germwn shepherd-rott mix. This isn't effecting either one of them.
I would lean more toward paint fumes as I don' thtink those sonic things do what they are supposed to do anyway.
If he acts normal on rides that could be just adreneline... I would take to the vet and have him check.. take a video.
Could be you aren't paying enough attention to him at home (on ride he gets more time with you adn is distracted).
My min pin is very famiyl oriented adn thinks he is person. Will sit on your feet, has come up to hold hands during group blessing over food etc. They just are right there. Give him some extra attention and see if it helps.
ALSO OPEN ALL THE WINDOWS when you are painting and exhaust fumes with fan.. they are not healthy for you either. And yes it can cause fatique, depression also naseua and dizziness.
