Coonhound Rescue ... Do you have a dog that bit someone?
My son was bitten today by a Redbone Coonhound friends. She is 7 years old and have been trying to bite visitors lately. The owner and I were talking about what to do with it ... that can not keep as little of my son and tried to bite the least one other person. Does anyone know if taking a dog rescues dog can bite and bite again? If they do, what do you recommend? The Humane Society or the veterinarian put the dog down? Sexy ... my son was left in the house of friends and the dog ran up and bit him without provocation.
The first thing I would if it were my dog is taking the dog to the vet and have already evaluated. If this behavior is new then it may be a medical problem that is causing this. Examples: 1) My basset male gets angry when your arthritis is rising and shows this with growling and snapping, but shows no other signs of pain.
