Hello. My dog, Henry, is one year old boxer 10 years which has recently been having some problems.?
A few days ago began to act very lethargic. He has been having balance problems and tends to list to the left when walking. It also backs away from contact around the head or face and has been having minor seizures. He is eating well but drinking water vomit within minutes of drinking. He also has some problems with incontinence (Sp?). We took him to the vet on Thursday and said it was likely that meningitis, epilepsy or a brain tumor, so take him to a morning neurology get a lumbar puncture. I was wondering if anyone else has seen these symptoms in your dog and what ended up being.
Sounds like the peripheral vestibular syndrome dog for me and is fairly easy to treat. The problem is the urine when he sleeps and wakes up and there is a point? Urine leakage is common in older dogs and is PROIN good and cheap. My GSD 94 pounds dit cost was less than $ 20 a month.
