Need to buy things if you get a puppy!?
Well here's the deal, I'm gunna rescue a puppy toys that animal shelter shortly. Since I have 12 years and working for the money to buy the dog and all supplies to myself, I would like to reduce only the necessary supplies I need, then add to the list later. I listed everything I am currently thinking of buying. Can u tell me the things on my list is not need, or tell me if I have to add something? Thx <3 List: Puppy (with free throws and welfare checks) $ 150 $ 13 $ 40 Food kennel $ 12 Harness label ID $ 5 $ 6 Lead odor eliminator (weather idk choose retractable or the only) standard Bowls $ 5 (each) $ 8 $ 3 Shampoo Used to chewy treat $ 2 (each) (how many should I do?) A tennis ball Squeaky Toy $ 1 $ 2 beds 13 $ 6 Ear cleaner formula when I added the cost of everything, the total is about $ 300. Is there any way to lower the price? I say absolute essentials are food (puppies need a special formula that can be more expensive), the collar / tags identification, lead, bowls, toys, cage / bed. However, it is necessary to take into account extra costs such as desexing, registration (some areas), food and sweets, etc are the current costs. Besides, what will you do if something goes wrong? Dog is sick or injured? Can you afford $ 1000 in vet bills if necessary?
