Dog Owners - What are the responsibilities?
Everybody wants a dog that can be enjoyed and not harm anyone. Besides teaching our dogs the right behaviors, There are certain responsibilities that come with dog ownership.
<b> shovel poop </ b> Clear debris Your dog is one of the most unpleasant aspects of dog ownership, but one that is essential. Everytime your dog take a poop scoop or plastic bag proper. If a dog makes a mess then clean it. No exceptions so do not allow your dog to leave a mess and ignore it.
<b> not let your dog out in their own </ b> Fortunately, not many stray dogs as there are much tighter controls and regulation. Needless to say that no dog should be on their own, especially without a collar or lead.
<b> Identification / b> Your dog must wear a collar with an identification tag when is in the street and also to consider permanent identification systems such as tattoos or microchip implants. Talk to you own veterinarian for further details.
<b> castration </ b> Castration, or birth control, is something every dog owner should consider. Sterilization a woman means she has no seasons and can not become pregnant. Castrating a man, the dog has stopped producing male hormones and can not generate unwanted puppies.
Both these measures are useful in preventing unwanted litters and therefore reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies and abused dogs. Your dog may need slightly less food after the operation, but provided that the balance of food intake with exercise, there should be no problems with weight gain. Your dog will not lose character.
The sterilization produces little change in behavior, but it means that your dog will not suffer mood changes associated with season or false pregnancies, which can cause discomfort. Because male hormones castration eliminates, the behaviors that are predominantly male, like putting together the leg assembly and tension to other males, are usually reduced in most dogs.
