The world we live in is not just a bunch of chaotic pressure being built to the point of breakage like a volcano. We are bombarded with pressure from our employers, our clients and their families to point that some people really are broken. Most of us today in professional life spent between 8 and 16 hours a day at the office, which is equivalent to almost two thirds of our lives being in a place you really do not want to be, but there are things you can do to reduce stress in your office.

Remember this, what we call stress, is really what we put on ourselves. While other people can influence the way we feel, ultimately, to choose whether we are going to be stressed or not. You are in control of how you will feel, nobody else. Stress, as such, is going on in our heads, so that the real secret to get rid of stress is to find things that make you happy and content inside.

# 1. Have a photo of the happiest time of your life

One weekend I had one of our clients, we realized it was 6:30 am in the demand for a Sunday the morning of my team in our car cleaning business, drop everything and clean your car at 7:00 am as an important member of the family was coming.

Most business organizations are realizing the benefit of staff to listen music during the day and 90% of corporate computers with CD-ROM, you can listen to music on your computer while doing their job, you may only need a headset. I work on hundreds of business organizations in a year and only one had a trade policy that was not because they were a call center I can understand. There is no reason why you can not listen to music during his time but, to ensure a calm before coming to feel again those phones.
