What is the price range for dog vaccinations?
Well here are the shots you will need and the price I paid for a dog that was under 7 lbs
Series of 3 - Distemper $25 each shot ($75)
Rabies - $40 along with tags
kennel cough - if dog will ever be boarded $25
Also need heartworm - $40 for 12 doses
Flea and Tick medicine Advantage - $ 50 for 6 doses
Total: $ 220 in the first month that I had the dog in vet bills. Does not include spaying or neutering which should also be done at 6 months.
I live in a small town in Iowa where the vets are pretty reasonably priced.
