What else I can do except brushing and aspiration, to keep the dog hair from my home?
Ok so I wash dogs and vacuum at least 3 times a week. I can use a slicker brush and FURminator. The problem is as often as I do these things I have yet tumbleweed size balls of dog hair in my motorhome. I know this is the time of year for my dog (golden retriever) that is blowing his coat. My question is, I can do anything else? What do hairdressers dogs blow coat. I can bring my gold to the groomer every 2 1 / 2 months and less hair is always blowing around for about 1 weeks after going to the hairdresser. What to do to actually get rid of hair?
Do you really need to get a good inner layer Rake and use this with the Slicker brush every day while the dog is in full moult. I can use a rake Mikki and you will be amazed at the amount of dog hair leaves the dog with it. Waterproof brush can be used after raking. Goldens I have 9 so I have to vacuum twice a day and even use a "brush Sweep a couple of times a day to keep the hair down. It's hard work, but I'm afraid to do if you own Golden? conditioners often use a 'Blaster' bursts of air to fill the dog after a bath and this removes all the dead undercoat. I have a Blaster and use it after I bathe my dogs.
