Does anyone know anything about pet custody in a divorce?
My brother was killed a classmate who was his pet. I to see the void left by the death of his friend, offered to raise my friend K-9 to cover the loss of his friend. Now he is going through a divorce and esstranged wife is trying to claim your pet as their own. The mascot in question was a gift for my brother and I would like them to remain together. What can we if nothing .... HELP!
Who paid for the dog license?? vet bills?? That should be enough there. Kill me before I give up my dog!
