Question for sport Schutzhund dog poeple ..!?
Shutzhund Can a dog kept as a pet at home? even as a protection dog family? this will prevent the tests preformed? Shutzhund I see too many dogs kept working robots, kennel, training, training, Kennel ....! Is this the only way the dog to succeed in sports? Many thanks to all.
That depends on some things. What so severe that it is about sport, what type of dog you have, you need that type of restraint, may function as a dog at home and yet be able to compete? All these are questions to be answered so you get a complete answer. Sch many people involved in sport as an activity weekend. Others are very serious and they need to do to get as many points as possible and compete beyond the club level. If you have to spend much money on a good dog that is hard enough and serious enough about the job, you see things differently too. SCH A dog is not a protection dog, is only Sporting, a dog of points, it is. There are very few dogs that are trained in this field that can offer real protection of life during an encounter in real life and usually do not do well in the points department.
